Digital audio usually is described as harsh, brittle, lifeless, tense, cold, and non‐musical.  Digitally‐induced distortion can occur anywhere in the audio band and it artifacts often occur at tones that are absent from the live musical source. Yet, it is the operational convenience and accelerated with overblown marketing; thus leading to the ordinary music listeners’ acceptance. However, here are the least contagious components.
